These Terms govern use of wryvox.com short-term rental management services.

Services and User Duties
We manage short-term rentals: listings, guest communication, bookings, pricing and check-in/out. You must provide accurate lawful information, use services lawfully, avoid misleading advertising, and follow tax and local accommodation rules. Fees are set in the service agreement; VAT applies only where required.
Consumer Rights and Disputes
Distance contracts require pre-contract information on the trader, services, price and dispute resolution under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023. Consumers may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
Privacy, Cookies and Advertising
Personal data and cookies are processed on a lawful basis, usually consent, with a privacy notice under the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 4187-IX dated 26.11.2024. Advertising is identifiable and must not mislead consumers under the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР dated 03.07.1996.
